Free People Store
During the 70s, Free People was launched by Dick Haynes in West Philadelphia in order to specifically cater to women looking for freedom from the clothing options of conservative, disco and punk. The label quickly grew and evolved into Urban Outfitters before relaunching in 2001 as its own entity, with a view to create feminine clothing that evokes spirituality and individuality. A fully-fledged lifestyle brand, Free People is known for its printed dresses, denim collections, active wear, shoes and accessories that epitomize modern bohemia.
